Reiki for Animals

Reiki, (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. Because this vital energy is pure high frequency energy, it has the ability to penetrate matter. When activated and applied for healing, this energy enhances the immune system and promotes the body’s natural ability to heal and regenerate itself.

Reiki is non-invasive and is a natural healing art applied to promote energy balancing, help prevent disorders, maintain a state of well-being and help reduce pain and discomfort. The purpose of Reiki is not to replace medical treatment, but to support and enhance it.

Reiki also opens the mind as well as the spirit to the causes of dis-ease and pain, to the necessity for taking responsibility for one’s own health and to the joys of balanced wellness. Reiki can be applied hands-on or from any distance.
